COUNTRY STYLE KIEV 
2/3 c. butter
1/2 c. fine dry bread crumbs (cracker crumbs)
2 tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese
1 tsp. basil
1 tsp. oregano
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1/4 tsp. salt
2 chicken breasts, split (4 pieces), deboned and skinned

SAUCE:

1/4 c. white wine
1/4 c. chopped green onions
1/8 c. chopped parsley

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Melt butter, combine bread crumbs, cheese, basil, oregano, garlic powder and salt. Dip chicken in melted butter; roll in crumbs to coat.

Place top side up in ungreased 9-inch glass baking dish. Bake 45 minutes or until tender. Add remaining ingredients to remaining butter. Pour over chicken and cook about 3 more minutes and serve.
