SUPER CHOCOLATE CHIP COOKIES 
2 c. butter
2 c. granulated sugar
2 c. brown sugar
4 eggs
2 tsp. vanilla
4 c. flour
5 c. oatmeal
1/2 tsp. salt
2 tsp. baking powder
2 tsp. baking soda
1 (24 oz.) pkg. chocolate chips
1 (8 oz.) Hershey bar, grated
3 c. chopped nuts

Cream butter, granulated sugar and brown sugar in large mixing bowl. Add eggs and vanilla. After measuring oatmeal, put 1/2 cup in blender and process until it turns to powder. Mix remaining oatmeal, flour, salt, baking powder, and baking soda together. Blend creamed ingredients with dry mixture. Add chocolate chips, Hershey bar, and nuts. Make golf ball size cookies. Bake 2 inches apart on ungreased cookie sheet for 6-9 minutes at 375 degrees. Do not over bake. Makes 112 large (3 inch) cookies. Your large mixing bowl will not hold this recipe.
