RAMADA INN BREAD PUDDING | |
6 eggs 1 1/2 c. sugar 2 pt. half and half 1/4 tsp. salt 2 tsp. vanilla 6 dinner rolls (torn in small pieces) 2 tbsp. butter, diced 2 tbsp. brown sugar Beat eggs well; add next 4 ingredients and blend together well. Fold torn rolls into egg mixture. Pour custard mixture into ungreased 3 quart glass baking dish and bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Sprinkle top of pudding with butter pieces then brown sugar. Can be prepared the same day, but do not bake until 1 1/2 hours before serving. |
