CAPEROTADA BREAD PUDDING | |
2-4 French bread 1-2 lb. long horn cheese slices 1/2 box seedless raisins 1/2-1 bag peanuts 1/2-1 bag walnuts, cut in half 4 sticks cinnamon 5 whole cloves 1/2-1 tsp. Anise 5-10 piloncillas 1/2 tsp. salt 1 1/2-3 tsp. vanilla Cut French bread into chunk. Arrange above ingredients in layers. Add juice. Put juice over layer after they have been arranged. Take out cinnamon stick and clove. |
