RABBIT SALAD 
1 c. grated carrots
1 c. chopped celery
1 c. chopped apples
1/2 c. raisins
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1/3 tsp. salt (can salt to taste)
Juice of one lemon

Mix all ingredients. Chill in refrigerator. Serve on a bed of lettuce. Serves 6 people.
