QUICK AND SIMPLE CHILI 
1 lb. ground beef
1 c. chopped onions
1 clove garlic, crushed
2 cans tomato sauce
Salt and pepper to taste
1/4 c. chili powder
2 c. water

Combine beef, onion and garlic in large sauce pan. Cook until browned. Drain off drippings. Add remaining ingredients. Simmer 45 minutes. Yields 6 cups.
