TUNA SALAD 
1 1/2 c. boiling water
1 pkg. lemon Jello
3/4 c. salad dressing
1 c. finely chopped celery
1/2 green pepper, chopped
1 can pimento or carrot
1/2 tsp. salt
1 can tuna, drained and flaked

Dissolve Jello in boiling water. Let partly set in refrigerator. Beat in salad dressing with beater; add celery, green pepper, pimento or grated carrot, salt, and tuna. Pour in 1 quart bowl and let set. 6 servings.
