GOLDEN GATE GRILL 
12 oz. sliced turkey
1 beaten egg
1/4 c. milk
8 slices sour dough
Grated Parmesan
Sliced avocado
Sliced tomato
4 slices red onion, separated into rings
4 slices Monterey Jack
2 tbsp. butter
1 clove garlic
1/8 tsp. cayenne pepper

Mix beaten egg and milk. Dip bread one side only into egg/milk and then into Parmesan to coat. Arrange turkey, avocado, tomato, red onion and Jack cheese on dry side of bread. Top with second slice of bread. Melt butter. Add garlic, minced and cayenne. Brown sandwiches until crisp.
