ORANGE SHERBET DELIGHT 
2 (3 oz.) pkg. of orange Jello
1 pt. orange sherbet
1 c. whipping cream
1 c. boiling water
1 sm. can mandarin oranges

Have cream whipped and orange wedges (cut in half) ready. Dissolve Jello in boiling water (juice from oranges can be used for flavor). Add sherbet while it is still hot. When it begins to set, add whipped cream and oranges. Chill.
