ORANGE DELIGHT SALAD 
2 (3 oz.) pkgs. orange Jell-O
1 (11 oz.) can mandarin oranges
1 pt. orange sherbet
2 pts. vanilla ice cream

Drain oranges and add enough water to make 2 cups of liquid; heat juice to a boil. Pour juice over Jell-O to dissolve. Then stir in the sherbet and ice cream until melted. Add orange sections and place into a 1 1/2 quart mold. Chill until firm. Makes 8 servings.
