ORANGE - PINEAPPLE DELIGHT 
1 env. unflavored gelatin
1/2 c. each orange juice (no sugar added), canned crushed pineapple, and watertbsp. plus 1 tsp. reduced calorie orange marmalade
1 c. plain low-fat yogurt
2 tsp. sugar (or substitute)

In small saucepan, sprinkle gelatin over orange juice and let stand to soften; cook over low heat, stirring constantly, until gelatin is completely dissolved. Remove from heat and add crushed pineapple, water, and marmalade; stir to combine. Add yogurt and sugar (or substitute) and stir vigorously. Into each of 2 (8 ounce) dessert dishes, pour half of mixture. Cover and refrigerate until set, 3 to 4 hours.
