CARROT COLESLAW 
4 c. shredded cabbage
1 c. coarsely shredded carrots
1/4 c. finely chopped onion
3 tbsp. chopped parsley
2/3 c. mayonnaise
2 tbsp. cider vinegar
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. sugar

In large bowl mix well all ingredients; chill. Makes about 6 cups.
