NANAIMO BAR 
1/2 c. butter
5 tbsp. cocoa
1 c. coconut
1/2 c. chopped nuts
5 tbsp. sugar
2 c. graham wafer crumbs
1 egg
2 tsp. vanilla

Place softened butter, sugar, cocoa, vanilla and egg in a bowl and mix to consistency of custard. Mix crumbs, coconut and nuts together. Add to cocoa mixture. Place in ungreased 9 inch square pan and spread with following icing.

ICING:

Cream 4 tablespoons butter, combine 2 tablespoons vanilla custard pudding powder and add to butter. Mix in 2 cups sifted icing sugar. Spread over chocolate base and allow to harden. Cover with 2 squares melted semi sweet chocolate mixed with 1 tablespoon butter. Spread evenly. Refrigerate.
