24 HOUR MOLDED CHICKEN SALAD | |
6 whole chicken breasts, cooked, cooled & cut into sm. pieces 1 regular size lemon Jello 1 c. boiling water, cool, beat until foamy 1 tsp. onion, minced 1 1/2 c. celery, chopped 1 c. Spanish olives, chopped 3 hard boiled eggs, chopped 1 c. Miracle Whip 1/2 c. coffee cream (half & half) 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese Fold Miracle Whip, coffee cream and cream cheese into Jello and then add to chicken, celery, etc. Pour into a 9 x 13 inch dish, refrigerate overnight. Serves 15. |
