MOLDED CHICKEN SALAD 
2 tbsp. gelatin
1 1/4 c. cold water
2 c. diced chicken
1/2 c. diced celery
1/4 c. diced green pepper
1/2 c. diced stuffed olives
1/2 tsp. salt
Mayonnaise

Soak gelatin in cold water 5 minutes, dissolve over boiling water and set aside to cool. Combine remaining ingredients with enough mayonnaise to make a salad, then mix in gelatin and put into a mold that has been rinsed in cold water. Chill and turn out on a bed of lettuce.
