MOLDED SALAD - CHICKEN OR TUNA 
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1 tbsp. parsley
1 c. chopped celery
1/8 tsp. pepper
1/2 tsp. salt, optional
1 can tuna or 1 c. chicken
1 tbsp. gelatin
1/4 c. cold water
1 c. salad dressing

Add lemon juice, parsley, celery, and seasonings to chicken or tuna. Soak gelatin in cold water until moistened. Add hot water until dissolved. Add to salad dressing.

Mix all together. Put into mold and chill. Serve on leaf lettuce.
