SAUTE MUSHROOMS 
1 lb. average mushrooms
1/2 c. butter
Parsley
Salt
Pepper
2 tbsp. flour
1/2 c. chicken broth
1/4 c. sherry or Madeira

Melt butter in fry pan. Stir in washed and halved mushrooms. Stir until covered with juice, sprinkle 2 tablespoons flour, salt and pepper lightly, add 1/2 cup of chicken broth and 1/4 cup of sherry. Cook to desired mushroom consistency, on medium fire and stir often.
