EASY MUSHROOM SAUTE 
3 tbsp. butter
4 green onions and tops, sliced
1 lb. fresh mushrooms, sliced or whole
1 tsp. lemon juice
1 tsp. salt

Saute onions in butter until soft. Add clean sliced or whole mushrooms. Cook and stir 2-3 minutes. Sprinkle with lemon juice and salt. Cover and simmer 2 minutes.

OPTIONAL: Sprinkle with 1 tablespoon flour and cook lightly until liquid has thickened, about 2 minutes.

TO SERVE: Top with grated Swiss cheese or garnish with parsley and lemon slices.
