1 lb. hot sausage (in plastic roll)
1 lb. sharp cheese (shredded)
3 c. Bisquick

Mix together well. Roll mixture into small balls. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes on cookie sheet. Note: If you freeze them in advance, do not bake them first.
