1 lb. sausage
2 c. Bisquick
1 lb. grated cheese, melted (I use the sm. jar of Cheez Whiz)

Mix all ingredients, use your hands, until all dry ingredients are wet. Roll in bite-size balls. Bake at 375 degrees on cookie sheets about 15-17 minutes.
