TUNA PUFFS | |
1/2 c. water 1/4 c. butter 1/2 c. flour 1/4 tsp. salt 2 eggs Put water and butter together and boil. Add flour and salt all at once. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly until mixture makes a ball of dough. Remove from heat; add eggs one at a time and beat after each addition. Drop by tablespoons. Bake at 425 degrees for 20-25 minutes, then cut top 1/3 off. Stuff with tuna salad and top with cap. |
