TUNA PUFFS 
1 egg, lightly beaten
1 env. Lipton vegetable cup-a-soup
1 (6 1/2 oz.) tuna
2 tbsp. mayonnaise
2 English muffins, split
4 slices cheddar cheese

In medium bowl, blend egg with soup mixture. Stir in tuna and mayonnaise. Place each muffin half on foil lined baking tray. Top with cheese slice and 1/4 cup of tuna mixture. Bake in oven or toaster oven at 400 degrees until tuna puffs and cheese is melted.
