TURKEY AND WILD RICE CASSEROLE | |
2 c. baked turkey meat, cut in bite size chunks 1/2 c. chopped onion 1 c. chopped celery 1/2 c. butter 1 (7 oz.) pkg. white wild rice 1 (6 oz.) can mushrooms, drained 1 can cream mushroom soup Salt and pepper to taste Saute onions and celery in butter until tender. Cook rice according to directions on package. Combine all ingredients; spoon into 2 quart greased baking dish. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. |
