HAMBURGER CASSEROLE 
1 lb. hamburger
2 potatoes, sliced
1 sm. onion, sliced
1 can cream of chicken soup or cream of mushroom soup
1/2 c. milk

Put hamburger in bottom of greased casserole then onion, then the sliced potato (layer each one). Add the can of soup which 1/2 cup of milk has been added to soup. Pour soup over all. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
