HAMBURGER STROGANOFF HOT DISH 
1 pkg. (10 oz.) spinach macaroni
1/2 c. chopped onion
1/4 c. butter
1 lb. ground beef
2 tbsp. flour
1 tsp. garlic salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. salt
1 (8 oz.) can sliced mushrooms
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can milk
1 c. sour cream
2 tbsp. minced parsley

Cook spinach macaroni as directed on package. Saute onion in butter. Add ground beef and brown. Add flour, salt, pepper, garlic salt and mushrooms. Cook 5 minutes. Add soup and milk, simmer 5 minutes. Stir in sour cream and parsley. Heat through. Combine macaroni and meat mixture in buttered casserole and bake 35 to 45 minutes at 350 degrees.
