KOREAN COLE SLAW 
1 head cabbage
1 can pimento
1 green pepper
2 med. onions
8 stalks celery
1 can water chestnuts
1 1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. vinegar
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper

Chop first 6 ingredients. Combine sugar, vinegar and seasonings; add to chopped vegetables. Refrigerate for at least 2 days. Will keep for weeks. Serves 12.
