2 lbs. hamburger 2 med. onions 1 tbsp. butter 2 tbsp. soy sauce 1 can cream of celery soup 1 can cream of mushroom soup 1 can cream of chicken soup 1 can chicken rice soup 1 (16 oz.) can mixed vegetables 1 (8 oz.) pkg. chow mein noodles 1 c. cashew nuts (opt.) Brown hamburger and onions in butter. Add soy sauce, soups, mixed vegetables. Mix thoroughly. Fold in half of noodles. Pour into large casserole or 9"x13" pan. Top with remaining noodles. Sprinkle with cashew nuts (if desired). Bake at 350 degrees for 45 to 50 minutes or until bubbly. |
