CHINESE CASSEROLE 
1 lb. ground beef
2 lg. sliced onions
1 c. sliced celery
1/2 c. instant rice
3 tbsp. soy sauce
1 can mushroom soup
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 soup can water
1 lg. can Chinese noodles
1 pkg. frozen Chinese vegetables

Brown beef; add onions and celery. Cook until tender. Add the rest; put in casserole. Bake 50 minutes at 350 degrees. (Can use chicken in place of ground beef.)
