APPLE-CRANBERRY CASSEROLE 
3 c. peeled, chopped apples
2 c. fresh cranberries
2 tbsp. flour

Combine ingredients. Toss to coat fruit. Add 1 cup sugar and mix well. Place in 2 quart casserole.

Combine 3 (1 5/8 oz.) packages instant oatmeal with cinnamon and spices, 3/4 cup chopped pecans, 1/2 cup flour and 1/2 c. packed brown sugar. Add 1/2 cup melted butter. Stir well. Spoon over fruit mixture. Bake, uncovered in 350 degree oven for 45 minutes.
