POPPY SEED BREAD 
3 c. flour
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
3 eggs
1 1/8 c. oil
1 1/2 tbsp. poppy seeds
2 1/4 c. sugar
1 1/2 c. milk
1 1/2 tsp. almond
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
1 1/2 tsp. butter

Mix all ingredients 1-2 minutes with electric mixer. Pour into two (2) lightly greased loaf pans. Bake one hour at 350 degrees or until toothpick comes out clean. Top will crack.

ICING:

1/4 c. orange juice
3/4 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. almond, vanilla and butter extract

Mix all ingredients and pour over hot loaves of bread.

If you place the loaf of bread on a sheet on aluminum foil before pouring on the icing, you can wrap the bread and avoid any mess.
