BROCCOLI BAKE 
1 lg. bag frozen broccoli or 1 lg. bunch fresh broccoli
1 can mushroom soup (Campbell's)
1/2 c. grated Italian cheese
5 slices yellow American cheese, broken up into pieces
1/2 can milk

Cook broccoli; drain. In a bowl, mix all ingredients together and place in a 2 quart baking casserole dish.

Topping: Melt 1 stick of butter and mix with 1 cup of bread crumbs or crushed corn flakes. Spread on top. Bake at 350 degrees until bubbly, about 35-40 minutes.
