PLAYDOUGH 
1 c. unsifted, all-purpose flour
1/4 c. salt
2 tbsp. cream of tartar
1 c. water
1 tbsp. cooking oil
2 tsp. food coloring

Combine first 3 ingredients in 3-quart saucepan. Combine liquid ingredients. Add to dry ingredients, mix well. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly until mixture forms a ball. Remove from heat and knead. Let cool. Store in Ziploc bag in refrigerator.
