CRUNCHY TUNA SALAD 
1 (6 oz.) can water-packed tuna, drained
1/3 c. chopped sweet pickles
1/2 c. diced celery
1/3 c. chopped pecans
1/2 c. sliced stuffed olives
1/4 c. mayonnaise

Combine tuna, pickles, celery, pecans, and olives in bowl; mix well. Add mayonnaise; mix well. Spoon into lettuce-lined salad plates. Garnish with additional olives.
