SALLY'S RAMEN CHICKEN 
1 lb. sliced breast
4 pkg. chicken flavored Ramen noodle soup
2 tbsp. oil
1 can mushrooms
2 carrots, sliced diagonally
1 c. sliced cabbage
1 c. frozen peas

Cook Ramen noodles in boiling water for 3 minutes. Drain and set aside. Stir fry chicken in oil until white. Add vegetables and stir fry until crisp tender. Add 1 cup hot water and the four packages of seasoning that come with the Ramen soup. Heat. Add noodles. Let sit 10 minutes to absorb seasonings and serve.
