CHINESE CHICKEN SALAD 
1 bag shredded lettuce
6-8 scallions
1 bag sesame seeds
1-2 bags slivered almonds
4 chicken breasts
1-2 pkgs. Top Ramen noodles, crushed

Marinate chicken in teriyaki sauce overnight or microwave in sauce 8-10 minutes. (For best results char-broil after cooked for a more flavorful chicken.) Cut chicken in small strips and set aside.

Mix rest of ingredients in a large bowl.

DRESSING:

3/4 c. oil
4 tbsp. rice vinegar
5 tbsp. sugar
Salt, pepper and garlic salt to taste

Serves 8-10.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
