CHICKEN BROCCOLI ORIENTALE 
1 tbsp. vegetable oil
1 lb. boneless, skinless chicken thighs, breast, cut into strips
1 sm. onion, cut into 1-inch squares
1 med. green or sweet red pepper, cut into squares
1 can Campbell's cream of broccoli soup
3 tbsp. water
1 tbsp. soy sauce
2 (3 oz.) pkg. Campbell's chicken-flavor Ramen noodle soup

In skillet in hot oil, cook chicken half at a time until browned. Add onion and pepper, cook until crisp. Stir in soup, water and soy sauce. Heat to boiling. Reduce heat to low, cover and simmer 5 minutes or until vegetables are tender.

Meanwhile, prepare Ramen noodle soup according to package directions. Add seasoning packet, drain noodles. Serve chicken over noodles. Serves 4.

Preparation time: 10 minutes, cooking time: 20 minutes.
