CHINESE CHICKEN SALAD 
1 head napa cabbage (discard bottom 2-4")
1/2-1 c. toasted sesame seeds
2 pkg. Top Ramen (veg/chicken) including seasoning
6 green onions, chopped
1/4 c. almonds, sliced
2 tbsp. butter
Shredded cooked chicken

Break up top ramen noodles. Brown with sesame seeds and almond in butter. Add seasoning. Cut up cabbage and chop onions and toss. Add ramen mixture on top.

DRESSING:

1/2 c. salad oil
1/4 c. wine vinegar
1 tbsp. soy sauce
1/2-1/4 c. sugar
Salt & pepper

Mix dressing and pour over salad, toss and serve.
