GRAND FRENCH TOAST 
1 (11 oz.) can mandarin oranges
2/3 c. orange juice
6 lg. eggs
1/3 c. Grand Marnier
1/3 c. milk (whole or half and half)
3 tbsp. sugar
1 tbsp. grated orange peel
1/4 tsp. vanilla
1/4 tsp. salt
1 loaf French bread, day old, sliced in 1 inch slices (Baguette)

Put oranges and orange juice in food processor for 1 minute on high, add eggs and liquefy. Add milk, Grand Marnier, sugar, peel, vanilla, and salt. Profess 1 minute. Place bread slices in a shallow dish and pour mixture over. Let stand for 30 minutes, turning once. Melt butter in a large skillet until hot; saute bread 3-4 minutes on each side or until browned.
