IMPERIAL PINEAPPLE NOG 
Low Sodium. Makes 8 servings.

6 c. Dole Pineapple Juice
Peel from 1 orange
1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon
1/4 tsp. ground nutmeg
1 carton (4 oz.) frozen whipped topping, thawed
1/2 c. honey

Combine pineapple juice, orange peel, cinnamon and nutmeg in Dutch oven. Heat just to boil. Remove from heat. Add topping and honey. Whisk into hot pineapple juice mixture. Sprinkle servings with additional nutmeg and cinnamon if desired.

Use a vegetable peeler to spiral cut peel from orange.
