HUNGARIAN GOULASH 
1/4 c. vegetable oil
3 lb. stewing meat, cubes
3 c. sliced onions
1 tbsp. paprika
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1 (10 1/2 oz.) can condensed beef broth, undiluted
3 tbsp. flour
1 lb. egg noodles
1/8 tsp. pepper

In Dutch oven, heat oil over high heat. Add beef cubes in single layer and cook all sides, as they brown remove to a bowl. This will take about 20 minutes.

Add onions to drippings; saute until tender and golden brown, about 10 minutes. Return meat to Dutch oven, add paprika, salt, and pepper, stirring until well blended with meat. Stir in 3/4 cup undiluted condensed beef broth. Bring to boiling; then reduce heat and simmer, covered, for 2 hours or until done.
