LIMA BEANS 
1 lb. pkg. lima beans
1/2 lb. pkg. Velveeta American cheese
3/4 c. milk
1/4 c. chopped onion
1 tbsp. butter
1/4 c. chopped green pepper
3 strips bacon, fried crisp and crumbled

Melt cheese in top of double boiler with 3/4 cup of milk. Saute onion and green pepper in butter; add to cheese sauce. Pour cheese sauce over cooked lima beans. Pour into casserole and top with crumbled bacon. Bake about 30 minutes in moderate oven.
