2 tbsp. soy sauce
2 tbsp. orange juice
1/4 tsp. ground ginger
1 tsp. brown sugar
1 crushed clove garlic
1 Rock Cornish game hen (1 lb.), halved

Combine all ingredients, except hen, in saucepan. Heat mixture gently several minutes. Place ham in glass baking dish; cover with ingredients from the saucepan. Marinate in refrigerator 4 hours, turning occasionally. Remove from marinade; broil about 15 minutes on each side or roast in preheated 325 degree oven 1 hour. 2 servings.
