2 rock cornish hens, thawed
1/4 c. garlic flavored sour cream dip
1 c. crushed cheese crackers
1/4 tsp. dried thyme, crushed
Dash pepper

Cut hens in half lengthwise, wash and pat dry. Coat well with sour cream dip. Combine crushed cheese crackers, thyme and pepper. Roll hens in cracker mixture. Place skin side up in shallow roasting pan. Bake 45-60 minutes.
