CHEESE CRUMBLED TOMATOES 
2 to 4 med. tomatoes
1 tbsp. French dressing
2 tbsp. crushed cheese crackers

Cut tomatoes into halves; arrange cut sides up in circle in 9 inch pie plate. Drizzle cut sides with dressing; sprinkle with crackers. Microwave uncovered on high 1 minute; turn pie plate 1/4 turn. Microwave until hot 1 1/2 to 2 minutes. 4 servings.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
