3 eggs, beaten
1 1/4 c. oil
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. salt
1 (4 1/2 oz.) jar strained carrots
1 (4 1/2 oz.) jar strained apricots
1 (4 1/2 oz.) jar applesauce
2 c. sugar
2 c. flour
2 tsp. baking soda (if using plain flour)

CREAM CHEESE FROSTING:

1/4 c. butter
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 lb. powdered sugar
1 tsp. vanilla

Beat eggs, add oil. Sift in dry ingredients, mix well. Beat in baby food. Fills two 9 x 13 inch pans. Pour in greased pans. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 to 30 minutes. Ice with cream cheese frosting.
