CHICKEN CHILUPAS 
1 whole chicken, deboned
1 c. yogurt
1 can cream of mushroom
1 sm. can green chilies
1 med. onion, chopped
1 tbsp. hot sauce
2 c. shredded cheddar cheese
1 pkg. flour tortillas

Boil and debone chicken, cut into small pieces. Mix in yogurt, soup, chilies and COOKED onion, hot sauce and 1/2 of cheese.

Cut tortillas in quarters, cover bottom of 9 x 13 pan with 1 layer of tortillas, cover with 1/3 mixture, then tortillas, 1/3 minutes, tortillas, mixture and tortillas. Cover top with remaining cheese.

Bake covered at 350 degrees for 25 minutes. Remove foil and bake until cheese melts.
