BETHANY'S MEATBALLS 
2 lbs. ground chunk
1 c. bread crumbs
2 eggs
1/2 lb. sliced mozzarella cheese

In small bowl, beat 2 eggs. Add 1 cup bread crumbs. Then blend with the meat, and form into meatballs. Place on baking sheet. Microwave for 10 to 15 minutes on medium high or until meat is well done. Drain and place small square of cheese over each meatball. Return to microwave for 1 minute or until cheese is melted over meatball or bake in regular oven about 10 minutes at 450 degrees. Place cheese on meat-balls and return to oven only until melted.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
