COCKTAIL MEATBALLS 
1 lb. ground beef
1/4 c. onion, chopped
1 egg, beaten
3 tbsp. lemon juice
1 sm. tsp. salt
1/3 c. brown sugar
1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
1/8 tsp. garlic salt

Combine ground beef, onion, egg, and salt; mix well. Shape into 18 (1-inch) balls. Place in 9-inch glass dish; cover. Microwave on ROAST for 8 minutes; drain fat.

Combine remaining ingredients; pour over meatballs. Microwave on ROAST 5-6 minutes. Serve with toothpicks.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
