CHICKEN PIE 
Pie crust for one 2-crust pie
4 chicken breasts
Yellow food coloring
Flour
Salt
Pepper

Boi l chicken breasts until tender in salted water. Remove the chicken and allow to cool.

Make a thin gravy from the cooking water by adding a flour paste. Use the food coloring to give the gravy a nicer look. Set aside on low heat. Remove skin and bones from the chicken.

Cut the meat into small pieces. Add 1/4 cup of the gravy to the chicken. Add pepper and salt to taste. Mix all together and place in the pie shell. Cover with the top crust and prick with fork. Bake about 30 minutes at 350 degrees or until brown. Serve it warm with gravy.
