QUICK BEEF STROGANOFF 
2 lb. cubed beef
2 tbsp. soy sauce
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of onion or celery soup
1 can beef broth
1 can water
1 pt. sour cream
1 can mushrooms

Brown beef in skillet with 1 can mushrooms and soy sauce. When browned, add soups, beef broth and water, simmer for about 1 hour. When tender, stir in sour cream. Serve over cooked noodles.
